EMDR Intensives ( Multi Day)
Accelerated, intensive EMDR when you want deeper progress sooner

This approach is ideal if you:

Prefer intense focus rather than weekly therapy
Want faster movement

Are preparing for an imminent  transition in life or career and need quick turn arounds.
Carry long term stress that does not shift through talking alone
