I’m Dr Lisa Ahmad, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Performance Coach. My passion is working with bright, brilliant women and helping them understand what’s actually happening when life feels too much. Making sense of physical emotional and psychological symptoms so they can lead, live, and feel well without stretching their capacity to the limit.
I lead a small collective of specialist associate psychologists who align to the same values and commitment to excellence. We don’t do quick fixes or faddy coping strategies. We work with evidence-based, clinically robust treatment models, built for capable women who want real answers to what is going on and sustainable change, not another breathwork routine or supplement protocol.
I really believe that you don’t have to trade your health for your career. Your relationships for your ambition. Yourself for everyone else.
You don’t need better ‘balance’, to feel better. The key to living and feeling well, is learning how to trust yourself, and the information you already have within you. Along the way, your voice has been drowned out by the needs, wants and wishes of others. Our work together is to help you to start to hear yourself again.
