Leadership Master Classes
Corporate Masterclasses
Evidence based, practical sessions designed to meet leaders and teams where they actually are.
These sessions build psychological understanding and translate it into behaviours people can use immediately, under pressure, at work and at home.
Masterclasses can be delivered as keynotes, masterclasses or half and full day sessions, in person or online, with inclusive, neurodivergent-informed pacing.
When it’s recognised and properly supported, it becomes possible to work with your brain rather than constantly against it.
I don’t see the people I work with as “disordered.” I see individuals whose brains are wired differently—often in ways that bring considerable strengths alongside real challenges.
With the right understanding and support, those strengths can be harnessed rather than suppressed.
ADHD is one of the most treatable neurodevelopmental conditions. Appropriate support can be genuinely life-changing, not because it fixes who you are, but because it allows you to live in a way that finally fits.
Bespoke Leadership Support and Consultancy
Some organisations need more than a single intervention.
I work with leadership teams and organisations on a bespoke basis to address:
- Rising burnout or disengagement
- Boundary erosion and overfunctioning cultures
- Leadership strain in growth or change phases
- Pressure heavy environments where performance must remain high
- Retention challenges among senior or specialist staff
This work may include tailored workshops, leadership advisory input, reflective spaces for senior leaders, or ongoing psychological support embedded into the organisation.
The aim is always the same: to create conditions where people can perform, recover and stay connected to their work without sacrificing their health.
Retainer Based Support
For organisations who want continuity rather than crisis response, I offer retainer based psychological support.
This allows for:
- Ongoing leadership input
- Responsive support during high pressure periods
- Culture shaping around boundaries, recovery and workload
- Early intervention before burnout or attrition take hold
This approach suits organisations who are already doing many things well and want to strengthen and sustain that.
Organisations Who Are Already Doing Well
Some organisations come to this work because they are already seeing strain.
Others come because they value their people and want to protect what is working.
They invest early, strengthen leadership capability, and build cultures where pressure is managed rather than denied.
This work supports both.
Enquiries
If you are noticing pressure building in your teams, or you want to strengthen a culture that already values wellbeing and performance, I invite you to make an enquiry.
We will discuss your organisation, your people and the kind of support that would be most helpful.
